Green Transporter Warranty and Return Information
Green Transporter's warranty is good for one year and covers parts and labor for normal wear and tear.
This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, suspension, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, is offered only to the original retail purchaser, and is not transferable.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Normal wear and tear
Improper follow-up maintenance
Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Q Runner
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover

Green Transporter requires that all returns must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging materials and box. The customer is responsible for shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee. As indicated in the Return and Refund Policy please contact us to request a return authorization and shipping label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your returned item has been received.
Once you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
