Functionality
The Eunorau electric mountain bike is a full suspension electric bike with all terrain capability. Packed with features such as Sunrace 7-Speed gearing, powerful XDE300 hydraulic disc brakes, and a lightweight aluminum frame, it's the ideal travel companion. The UHVO is equipped with a 350w rear hub motor paired with a 36v 10.4Ah battery for a longer runtime.
You can ride the Eunorau UHVO electric mountain bike like a conventional bike, use the Pedal Assist System (PAS), or the Class 2 thumb throttle. It can be ridden to work, raced off road, or used as a family bike for riding with the kids on trails.

Eunorau bikes ship free to the lower 48 States by either Fedex or UPS from Las Vegas. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 days, however please see our Shipping Policy for further information.
Return Policy
Return Policy
Returns (if applicable)
Eunorau accepts returns within 7 days of delivery of merchandise. To be eligible for a return, customers must return the product in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for a refund if it has been assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, or damaged in any way. The merchandise must arrive complete, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional material, and in the original packaging.
Cost of the return shipment will be the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date. If the above criteria are satisfied upon inspection by Eunorau, a refund less a restocking and administration fee of 30% will be issued.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Eunorau will notify Ride and Go Electrics of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow 10 business days after refund approval and after your confirmation is received for your refund to process.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days and you have received your refund confirmation from Ride and Go Electrics, please contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time, therefore it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before the product is shipped. Once the tracking number has been issued, Ride and Go Electrics can no longer cancel the order.

Eunorau bike warranty:
Main parts have a warranty of one year. This covers mechanical and electrical parts: including frame, display, PAS, motor, controller, battery and charger.
The warranty is subject to proper care and reasonable use of the bike.
