Shipping & Delivery
After an item is purchased, Ride and Go Electrics will process your purchase on our end within 24 hours. E-Wheels will then process your order within 3 - 5 business days.
For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday afternoon, Ride and Go Electrics will process it Monday, E-Wheels will process it between Thursday and Tuesday the following week. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Advanced Sale (Pre-Order) Items
Advanced Sale items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. An Advanced Sale item you order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You may always get updated information on the status of your order by contacting us. You should note that all advanced pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase to hold your reservation.
Also note, expected ETAs appearing on the Product Detail page specify when an item is expected to arrive at the supplier's warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. This is when the supplier expects to receive their shipment. Please allow time after the expected delivery time for the supplier to process your order and have it shipped to you.
After your order leaves the supplier's warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address. Items requiring freight shipment take substantially longer than items that ship via UPS or FedEx. Freight items typically take 5 - 15 days to ship once the item has left the warehouse (after tracking number is issued). Items that ship via UPS or FedEx typically take 3 - 5 Business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to reach their final destination (after the tracking number is issued).

- Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the supplier's warehouse to process the order and issue a tracking number for your shipment
- Please allow 3-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the shipping carrier to get your package to you, based on whether your item is travelling freight or regular carrier.
If you have questions about your shipping once you have received your tracking number, please reach out the shipping carrier first at the information provided on their website, which is provided to you at the time when your tracking number is issued. We cannot get any further information from the carrier than you can, and often less as we are neither the shipper, nor the recipient. This saves us relaying information to you second-hand and potentially missing an important question you may have wanted answered. If there is an issue with a lost product, then please reach out to us at that point so we can follow up with the supplier in order to initiate a claim and/or replacement item.
Returns for refund are accepted within 7 days of receipt of product.
If you would like to return your item for a refund, please note that our free shipping policy only applies to shipping the product to you, If the item is returned, SHIPPING CHARGES ORIGINALLY PAID BY RIDE AND GO ELECTRICS TO GET THE PRODUCT TO YOU ARE NON-REFUNDABLE as these are not refunded from the supplier.
YOU ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE TO THE MANUFACTURER AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE
You can expect a credit or refund, less a 20% restocking and handling fee, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of E-Wheels receiving your returned product back complete and in good and unused condition.
Once the option for return is accepted, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be in NEW condition; unused. Indications of use include, but are not limited to: Cracks, scratches, dirty tires, wear to seats and armrests, damage to charging ports,
- All accessories and chargers included in the box must be returned.
- All manual, paperwork and tools must be returned.
Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Request an RA (Return Authorization) from Ride and Go Electrics within 7 days of delivery acceptance.
- Once the RA has been issued, ship the item back to the address noted on the RA within 14 days.
- Once the product is received it will be inspected for damage and signs of use. If item shows any signs of use, Ride and Go Electrics is unfortunately not able to issue a refund. In the event your item is not returnable we will contact you and you can decide if you’d like it shipped back. You will be responsible for shipping fees to get the item back to you.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any shipping and restocking fees, will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your product upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. E-WHEELS will make every reasonable effort to assist you by either providing replacement parts or technical assistance to solve the problem.
Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Returning an Item
Standard Return Shipping
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in new condition, to ensure a credit.
Complete the return reason questionnaire and include it in the return package.
Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
It is recommended that you use UPS whenever possible for your return. Retain the return Tracking Number to monitor delivery status.
It is also recommended that you take photos and consider purchasing insurance prior to your return
To receive a refund or credit, items must be returned within 10 days of original shipment date.
Returning an Oversized Item
Items are considered to be oversized if they are heavier than 30 pounds. You will not be refunded shipping charges under any circumstances on Oversized Items that are returned . Please be aware that shipping charges can be quite expensive for Oversized Items. Follow these steps to return an Oversized Item:
If you have assembled the product, dissemble it before shipment using the original protective packaging materials.
Package the disassembled item(s) securely in original product packaging, whenever possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to insure a refund or credit.
Complete the return reason questionnaire that was included with your packing slip. Remove the mailing label portion and include the remainder of the slip in the return package.
Contact Ride and Go Electrics for instructions on arranging a freight delivery pickup for your items. Please have your customer ID number located on your packing list available when you call.
You must be present at the location and time of pickup. All packaged item(s) must be at the front door for the freight driver.
To receive a refund or credit, items must be returned within 15 days of original shipment date.
IMPORTANT If there is significant visible damage to the carton upon receipt, request that the driver note the damage and request a claim be filed with the carrier for damage. You should also immediately contact an E-WHEELS Customer Service representative at email@example.com .
Warranty- Recreational Scooters
Three Year Limited Warranty
Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components, seat post and frame.
One Year Limited Warranty
One (1) Year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at Ewheels discretion.
Two Month Warranty
Two (2) Months from the date of purchase on the batteries. Batteries are subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a manufacturing defect will become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normal and associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
One Month Warranty
One (1) Month from the date of purchase on the scooter’s charger.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Service and Labor Costs
Unless previously authorized, service calls and labor costs are NOT included or covered under any warranty. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase is always required for warranty service. Please contact Ewheels directly for any assistance in locating a service provider or to make a warranty claim.
Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear like tires, tubes, lights, chains, upholstery and seating, brakes and brake pads, cables, fuses, buttons, shrouds and covers.
Damage, Accidental Damage and Misuse
Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, acts of God, commercial use, or use other than normal, extreme riding, modifications and alterations.
Second Hand Owners and Reselling
No warranty will be offered or honored for second hand owners. The warranty is exclusively offered to the original purchaser.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Initiating A Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact E-Wheels service department by calling 888-571-2845, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that before any warranty claims will be fulfilled, satisfactory proof of purchase will be required, and a photo or video of the damaged part must be sent and reviewed by E-Wheels.
Returning Faulty Parts
Do not return faulty parts to E-Wheels without prior consent. A request for a return authorization is required prior to returning items. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting units and/or parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
Parts and Repairs
Please contact an authorized Dealer or ELECTRIC WHEELS Customer Service directly with any parts and repairs questions at email@example.com .
Tires and inner tubes are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for 30 days. The tire and inner tube warranty does not include damage from normal road hazards, flat tires, tire cuts and the like, skid wear or blowouts from over inflation or other such misuse, or normal wear.
SHIPPING DAMAGE AND SHIPPING POLICIES
In the event shipping damage occurs, it must be reported and addressed in a timely manner. Shipping damage claims are time sensitive and cannot be delayed. In the event the packaging is extremely damaged and the bike is beyond repair, please refuse the shipment, and contact Ewheels for further steps.
Shipping – Domestic
When applicable, part costs will be covered under warranty, and all warranty items will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipping fees will be at the expense of the purchaser.
