The Green Bike USA GB500 folding electric bike is equipped with a powerful 500w motor and 48V, 13 amp hour (Ah) battery to give you all the power and speed to get you where you want to go and provides the range to get there with up to 60 miles on a single charge. The GB500's 57 lb easy and quick folding aluminum frame makes it perfect for commuting to work and getting around town.

With several value-added features such as reflective tire sidewall striping,  back rack, mud guards, USB port for charging the electronics on the go, signal lights, front and rear safety lights, full suspension, horn, and Tektro disc brakes, you can feel safe and confident wherever your travels take you.

The minimum seat height on this e-bike is 32", therefore the recommended rider height is 5'2-6'5.

Green Bike USA's return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Please see more on our return and refund policy here.

There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your returned item has been received.

Once you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Green Bike USA's warranty includes 18 months on motor & battery, 12 months for controller and charger. This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, is offered only to the original retail purchaser, and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to Green Bike USA bicycles.

Normal wear and tear
Improper assembly
Improper follow-up maintenance
Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover
Bikes used for commercial activities, including those in rental, demo, or security fleets
