The REVI BIKES RUNABOUT is REVI's answer to the multi-purpose e-bike, designed to whip around town with its compact styling, and go off the beaten path with its Fat Tires, capable of traversing any terrain. Equipped with a high speed 48 V, 500-Watt BAFANG™ Powerhouse Rear GEARED hub motor, specially built for fat tires, this motor provides enough torque (80NM) to help you get where you want to go FAST. The RUNABOUT 500W Fat Tire Step-Through Electric Bike comes equipped with both throttle-control and pedal-assistance features.  With its 20" x 4.0" Extra Wide High Volume Fat Tires, 14.5Ah Battery and 45 Mile Range, this bike is perfect for taking you off-road, on trails, sand or where ever else your curiosity takes you. Assembly

Your REVI BIKES RUNABOUT will arrive almost fully assembled.  You will need to install the front wheel and seat, attach the handle bars, pedals and head light. To do this, you will need a few basic tools such as a 15 mm wrench and allen keys (hex wrench). The video below will walk you through this basic assembly.

Warranty

Revi Bikes offers a full one year warranty from bumper to bumper on all their ebikes. Should you have a problem with your bike just contact us and we can help guide you through the process.  

Shipping & Returns

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we may use various courier service companies to ensure your bikes or accessories are delivered as soon as possible. However, the transit time can not be guaranteed. In most cases, your order will be on time, however, if you are looking to receive your purchase on or before a specific date, please contact us.

• Orders usually take 24 - 48 hours to process, then about 3 - 7 days in transit
• Products are typically shipped via UPS, FedEx (or similar)
• Please read our entire Shipping and Returns Policies before ordering

For REVI BIKES, their Return Policy allows you to return your electric bicycle within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please consult the warranty terms for more information on when a return is applicable.

Ship-back Charge
The customer will bear the ship back expenses if the return is unrelated to quality, damages or wrong item. 

If the return is accepted, REVI BIKES will issue a pre-paid shipping slip and schedule a pick up date, If the item is returned for personal reasons, the return shipping fees and organization of the shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

The returned unit must be in like-new condition and include all original packaging, accessories and documentation. Any missing components may be deducted from the total refund. Any shipping damage during the ship-back may result in a deduction from the total refund. We highly recommend that you take pictures of the unit before it is sent back to the manufacturer to document the condition of the product before return.

Returned units are subject to a 20% inspection and restocking fee from the original purchase price.

Refund will be issued in an average time frame of 2 -3 weeks after the manufacturer receives, inspects and processes the returned unit.

To return your product, please contact us and we will advise you on the return process and provide you with the return address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It can not be guaranteed that the manufacturer will receive your returned item in the condition it was sent in.
